PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for infrared radiation detection having a resistance type imaging bolometer 140.SOLUTION: A device comprises: measuring means 16, 38; 16, 24, 38; 16, 140; 16, 24 for measuring drift of electric resistance of a bolometer 140 to a reference value of the electric resistance of the bolometer 140; and correction means 34 for correcting influence of the drift, or correction means for correcting the drift of the resistance. The reference value of the electric resistance of the bolometer 140 corresponds to a prescribed operation condition of the bolometer 140.
