The invention relates to a device (10) for protecting against ionising radiation, which passes through an opening (32) defined by a wall penetration structure (22). The device comprises a structure for attenuating ionising radiation, which passes through the opening (32), and which is suitable for covering (or concealing) the opening (32), and comprises attachment means (16) arranged to removably attach of the structure for attenuating ionising radiation to the wall penetration structure (22). The structure for attenuating ionising radiation is a sleeve (11) which is open at the two ends thereof (13, 14), which is deformable under the weight thereof, and which is arranged to be attached to the wall penetration structure (22) by a first open end (14) of the sleeve (11) using the attachment means (16). |
