<p>Disclosed are a method, equipment and system for establishing a direct communication path. The method comprises: when a base station where a calling user resides receives a request message to establish direct communication between the calling user and a called user, the base station allocates a direct communication user plane path identifier to the calling user and the called user, and allocates air interface resource configuration information to a direct communication path between the calling user and the called user; the base station where the calling user resides sends the allocated direct communication user plane path identifier and air interface resource configuration information to the calling user and the called user respectively, and instructs the calling user and the called user to perform bearer configuration. Through embodiments of the present invention, a direct communication path can be established between two adjacent UEs, so that the user plane data transmission between the adjacent UEs does not need the participation of a core network, and communication delay and occupation of network resources are reduced.</p> |
