PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of inhibiting deformation of a transfer roller.SOLUTION: A transfer device includes: a pair of transfer rollers 59 having a transfer roller 60 extending in a horizontal direction 9 and a pinch roller 61 which is disposed facing the transfer roller 60, the pair of transfer rollers 59 which transfers recording paper 12 holding the recording paper 12; a coil spring 73 which biases the pinch roller 61 to the transfer roller 60 side; and a pair of bearings 80 which pivotally supports the transfer roller 60. At least one of the pair of bearings 80 is disposed at the outer side relative to a transfer region of the recording paper 12 on a surface of the transfer roller 60 when viewed in the horizontal direction 9 and includes: a first pivotally supporting part 81 which pivotally supports the transfer roller 60; and a second pivotally support part 82 which extends from the first pivotally support part 81 to the transfer region in the horizontal direction 9 to pivotally support the transfer roller 60 and to which the pinch roller 61 side of the transfer roller 60 is exposed. |
