PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive touch panel comprising a thin conductor pattern structure with a simple manufacturing process.SOLUTION: In a conductor pattern structure of a capacitive touch panel 62, a first-axis conductor assembly 63 and a second-axis conductor assembly 64 are formed on a substrate surface 61 of a substrate 6. The first-axis conductor assembly 63 includes a plurality of first-axis conductor cells 632 that are interconnected by first-axis conduction lines 631. An insulator 65 is formed on the first-axis conductor cells 632. The second-axis conductor assembly 64 includes a plurality of second-axis conductor cells 642 that are interconnected by second-axis conduction lines 641. The second-axis conduction line extends across the insulator 65 disposed on the first-axis conductor cell 642.
