PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heating device suppressing the occurrence of partial deformation of the bottom of a heating tank in the periphery of the corner of a heat exchange part caused by thermal stress concentration.SOLUTION: A direct heating type fryer includes a heating tank 3 for storing liquid, a burner installed below the heating tank 3, and a heat exchange part formed of a plurality of fins 6 extending in the front-back direction to be fastened to an outer surface of a bottom 31 of the heating tank 3. The fins 6 are a plurality of kinds of fins having different lengths. The plurality kinds of fins 6 are arranged to be lined up in order from one with a short length, from both sides in a horizontal direction toward the center in the heat exchange part so as to form non-right angle corner parts R1 in two corners of the front end side of the heat exchange part. |
