<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for shipping of a relievable high frequency module while surely detecting a high frequency module having an output level within an output standard range.SOLUTION: An output set value is written for a high frequency module 100 attached to a measurement jig 12 (S101). The high frequency module 100 is subjected to output control, and a measured value Dr1 of a first high frequency signal outputted is acquired (S102). The measured value Dr1 is compared with an output standard upper limit value THmax (S103). If the measured value Dr1 is higher than the output standard upper limit value THmax (S104:Yes), the output set value of the high frequency module 100 is corrected so as to lower the output signal level (S105). The processing for lowering the output set value of the high frequency module 100 is repeated until the output signal value falls within the output standard range.</p> |
