<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which in shake correction cameras by conventional arts, since an operation of a shake correction is instantaneously ended when the shake correction is ended, a user feels strangeness in viewing a finder image, and further, due to a fluctuation of a time required for centering of a shake correction optical system to an approximate center of the correction optical system to be performed right before an exposure is made, a time lag upon a shutter release has varied.SOLUTION: At a time when a shake correction is ended, the shake correction is continued for a predetermined time. Then, a shake correction optical system is locked at an almost center while reducing a gain of the shake correction with lapse of time. Further, at a time when an exposure is made, an exposure start timing is instructed from a mounted camera body, and according to the exposure start time, a shake correction device is adapted to center the shake correction optical system prior to the exposure.</p> |
