PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of acquiring a sufficient humidification amount. ! SOLUTION: A humidification unit 50 includes: a humidification rotor 52; a heater 56; a flow passage for adsorption; a flow passage for humidification; and a humidification amount adjustment part 80. The humidification rotor 52 has: a moisture adsorption region; and a humidification region. The moisture adsorption region adsorbs moisture in the outside air. The humidification region discharges moisture adsorbed in the moisture adsorption region by being heated. Also, the humidification rotor 52 rotates. The heater 56 is for heating the humidification region. The flow passage for adsorption is a path for passing the outside air to the moisture adsorption region. The flow passage for humidification is a path for passing the outside air to the humidification region.
