<p>The present invention relates to a method for cleaning an internal component of a fractionating column or a distillation column which is applicable for fractionating, refining and distillation processes for a petrochemical substance, the method being characterized by including a loading process in which the surface condition of a substance to be cleaned is tested and loading into cleaning equipment is performed; an ultrasonic cleaning process in which the substance to be cleaned is brought into contact with a cleaning solution and an ultrasonic vibration is input to the substance to be cleaned in order to carry out an ultrasonic cleaning; a first washing process in which, after the ultrasonic cleaning, the surface of the substance to be cleaned is rinsed using a refined filtered water; an IPA cleaning process in which the substance to be cleaned is brought into contact with an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) solution for cleaning; and a drying process which involves blowing dry air onto the substance to be cleaned in order to dry the substance.</p> |
