1. A coated abrasive article comprising:
shaped abrasive particles and a make coat on a first major surface of a backing, the shaped abrasive particles each having a sidewall, each of the shaped abrasive particles comprising alpha alumina and having a first face and a second face separated by the sidewall and having a maximum thickness, T; a blend of the shaped abrasive particles adhered to the make coat by the sidewall forming an abrasive layer, the abrasive layer coated with a size coat; and the blend of the shaped abrasive particles comprises a plurality of shaped abrasive particles having a plurality of grooves on the second face and a plurality of shaped abrasive particles without the plurality of grooves on the second face.
