PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertia drive actuator the operation of which is stabilized when a magnetostrictor and a moving body are moved, even if the actuator is made compact.SOLUTION: When a drive unit drives magnetic field generation means and a magnetic-mechanical conversion element telescopes with a first speed, a position of a friction generation member is held by the friction force between a fixed member, and a moving body is moved relative to the magnetic field generation means. When the magnetic-mechanical conversion element telescopes with a second speed faster than the first speed, a position of the moving body is held by its inertia, and the friction generation member is moved relative to the magnetic field generation means. |
