Disclosed is a device for measuring TC, TOC, TIC, and TN. The device for measuring TC, TOC, TIC, and TN according to the present invention includes an oxidation reactor (100); a carrier gas pump (102); a sample injection device (104); a first solenoid valve (106); a distribution jig (106A); a TOC measurement port (110); a TIC measurement port (120); a second solenoid valve (130); a third solenoid valve (132); a fourth solenoid valve (134); a fifth solenoid valve (152); a sixth solenoid valve (154); and a seventh solenoid valve (170). The device for measuring TC, TOC, TIC, and TN according to the present invention measures TOC and TIC independently of each other, and TC can be calculated as TC=TOC+TIC. TOC is directly measured after a TIC element is removed. Accordingly, the present invention is higher in accuracy than the related art in which TOC is obtained as TOC=TC-TIC after TC and TIC are measured. The device according to the present invention charges a ceramic ball, without using a platinum catalyst, for heating to a high temperature and oxidation. Accordingly, high-purity nitrogen does not have to be used as a carrier gas and purified gas may be supplied instead, and thus measurement costs can be reduced. |
