PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier film superior in oxygen barrier property and water vapor barrier property, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A barrier film of the invention comprises a substrate layer, a vapor deposition layer, and a barrier layer. The vapor deposition layer comprises a vapor deposition film of an inorganic material or inorganic oxide, and the barrier layer is formed by applying an electron beam to a coating obtained from a barrier layer formation solution comprising a metal salt monomer of a polymerizable unsaturated compound and a binder compound. |
