<p>A medicament respiratory delivery device (238) including a housing (240, 242) having a chamber (246), an inlet (252) and an outlet (250) generally coaxially aligned with the chamber (246), wherein the chamber (246) includes a medicament cartridge (120) having a body (122) including a generally cylindarical passage (24) extending through the opposed ends (26, 28) of the cartridge (120) generally coaxially aligned with the inlet (252) and outlet (250) of the housing (240, 242), such that fluid delivered to the inlet (252) ruptures the membranes (130, 132), entrains medicament (34) contained within the cartridge passage (24) which is delivered to the patient's respiratory system through the outlet (250).</p> |
