Provided are an ultraviolet-sensing sheet and ultraviolet-sensing set with which the irradiation amount of ultraviolet light can be easily measured over a large area and which are excellent in terms of the measurement of ultraviolet light amount in the range of 1-1,000 mJ/cm2, and in which the irradiation amount of ultraviolet light that contributes to coloring can be controlled and thereby the coloring according to the integrated irradiance of ultraviolet light can be continuously changed. Also provided is a method for sensing ultraviolet light. The ultraviolet-sensing set comprises: an ultraviolet-sensing layer-containing sheet which comprises a support and an ultraviolet-sensing layer in this order, wherein the ultraviolet-sensing layer has capsules that contain, enclosed therein, a photooxidant and a leuco dye which can be oxidized by the photooxidant to develop a color, and the mass ratio of the photooxidant to the leuco dye being (0.2-1.0):1 and the amount of the leuco dye being 0.1-1.0 g per m2 of the surface area of the ultraviolet-sensing layer; and a film for controlling the ultraviolet sensitivity. |
