PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a management program for product development, the program enabling simple management of the budget and human resource for each of plural development themes; and a management device for the product development using the program.SOLUTION: A management program causes a control part 102 to realize the functions of: registering information of plural new development products; obtaining information of an existing development product including information related to a specification of the existing development product, result information related to a time schedule, and result information related to a man-hour, the information respectively similar to information of a new development product including information of the registered plural new development products and information related to a time schedule; and calculating, for assigning, budgets, human resources and time schedules respectively for the registered plural new development products, on the basis of corrective information in accordance with a difference between the information of the registered new development product and information of the individual existing development product, and information related to the new development product or efficiency information related to the development of the new development product. |
