PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical insulation sheet with less deterioration of electrical insulation properties, capable of sufficiently deforming following winding-up onto an electrical conductor, and also capable of maintaining a wound-up state even if kept under comparatively high temperature after wound-up. ! SOLUTION: An electrical insulation sheet includes a resin layer having a sheet-like resin composition including a resin and an inorganic filler. In the resin layer, a product of its thickness and modulus of elongation is 250 MPa mm or lower, and an insulation life of the resin layer is 200 seconds or longer at applied voltage of 25 kV/mm. !
