PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal position adjustment device capable of moving a plurality of pedals in a width direction of a vehicle while avoiding the use of a large device. ! SOLUTION: A pedal position adjustment device 17 includes: a ball screw 36a for transforming torque of a first rotary portion 51 into force in a width direction of a vehicle; a shaft 35 for transmitting as a moving force the force transformed by the ball screw 36a to an accelerator pedal constituted so as to be able to move in the width direction of a vehicle; a ball screw 47a for transforming torque of a second rotary portion 46 into force in the width direction of a vehicle; and a moving shaft 47 and transmitting members 49 and 50 for transmitting as a moving force the force transformed by the ball screw 47a to a brake pedal constituted so as to be able to move in the width direction of a vehicle.
