PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with conventional heating apparatus, namely, the problem of time consumed until a heater becomes red hot again after an electric current stops in the middle, e.g., when heating 15 mm of flat rice cake, and the problem of a significant waste caused by an instantaneous current accompanying the input (switch).SOLUTION: A top electric heater is vertically operated, saving time and electric power and thereby contributing to a user.
