The present invention relates to an emergency warning display apparatus for a vehicle for fundamentally preventing a secondary accident when a vehicle is stopped due to an accident or malfunction during driving, by clearly and three-dimensionally displaying the emergency warning display from an inside of the vehicle to a location remote at a predetermined distance from the back of the vehicle without dangerous work of installing and retrieving a warning triangle to enable drivers who drives behind the vehicle to easily recognize the vehicle. A laser beam head case, in which a laser beam head is provided, is coupled to a tailgate of the vehicle, figures and/or characters are set and inputted to a control unit of the laser head beam for displaying emission distance, angle, and warning display of a laser beam, and the control unit is manipulated inside the vehicle.
