The present invention relates to an intelligent remote control power-saving system and an operating method thereof. To achieve this, the present invention provides an intelligent power-saving control system comprising a power-saving control unit (60), which can minimize power loss by reducing reactive power by power factor compensation and programmable voltage drop control and enables additional power saving control by voltage drop when power loss is increased due to the increase of the reactive power induced by the different phase between currents according to the voltage of AC power and a distorted wave generated on a basic sine wave of current. The present invention as configured above can control the current using a voltage driven current control device for power saving control, and can control the current according to voltage shapes as power factor and total harmonic distortion (THD) are caused by the different phase between the currents according to input voltages and the generation of a distorted wave. Further, a most efficient power saving effect can be obtained by remotely blocking a desired level of voltage and power. Accordingly, the quality and reliability of a product can be significantly improved to satisfy various needs of consumers who are users, thereby presenting a good image. |
