PURPOSE: A nitration apparatus and a nitration method are provided to continuously implement nitration by effectively collecting target materials from the resultant of the nitration. CONSTITUTION: A nitration apparatus includes a nitration reactor, a micro-mixer(12), and an absorber(13). The nitration of organic compounds and a nitrating agent is implemented in the nitration reactor. The micro-mixer is in connection with the rear part of the reactor. Neutralization of nitrated products and oil components is implemented in the micro-mixer. The oil components are separated from the nitrated products. The absorber is in connection with the rear part of the micro-mixer and absorbs or eliminates moisture or humidity from the neutralized product or oil components. |
