The present invention provides a fermented pottery composition containing 70-85 wt% of red clay, 10-20 wt% of water, and 0.01-5 wt% of glaze. The glaze contains 75-90 wt% of water, 3-15 wt% of diatomite, 2-10 wt% of composite active mineral, and 0.1-0.3 wt% of bamboo charcoal powder. A natural glaze formed of the composition is used such that heavy metals and pollutants contained in the food in the pottery can be absorbed, harmful germ formation and malodor can be suppressed, toxic gas can be removed, and fermentation and maturity effect can be provided. |
