摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a non cross-linked foaming extruded sheet of a homo polypropylene which allows uniform foaming without adding a cross-linking agent; and improves durability, soundproofing, and sound absorption. A method of manufacturing a non cross-linked foaming extruded sheet of a polypropylene includes: mixing a polypropylene composition; melting and pressuring the polypropylene composition; injecting a foaming gas into the molten polypropylene composition; stirring and mixing the molten polypropylene composition with the foaming gas; generating cross-cell foam in the molten polypropylene composition; and extruding the molten polypropylene composition into a sheet. According to the present invention, uniform foaming may be obtained by mixing foam core with a polypropylene, prevent foam rupture due to the foam core being prevented by mixing wax, cross cell foam may be formed on the outside surface to enhance durability, and open cell foam may be formed at a center to improve sound insulation and sound absorption by cooling the extrusion of an outside surface into a sheet in the extrusion process.
