A capacitive touch panel according to the present invention comprises a transparent substrate; an electrode pattern formed on the transparent substrate; an electrode wire connected to one end of the electrode pattern; and an anti-moisture layer formed on the electrode pattern, wherein the anti-moisture layer is made of teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene).
