The invention relates to a transmitting mechanism for a transmission of a vehicle which is installed in the transmission, selects and operates a shift rail according to the operation of the driver to be operated, simplifies inner structure of the transmission, sets the transmission setting accurately, and has a simple structure for assembling a transmission case. The present invention comprises a control shaft which moves linearly when a select lever is rotated; a select guide which is formed on a circumferential surface of the control shaft and converts the rotary motion of the select lever to the linear motion; a shift lever which is installed to rotate the control shaft; and a retractor which is formed on the circumferential surface of the control shaft and moves as the control shaft moves, wherein the retractor comprises a retractor cover to which an elastic member is inserted; and first and second guide bushes which are elastically supported by the elastic member by being formed at both ends of the elastic member in the retractor cover, are connected onto the circumferential surface of control shaft to be slid, and are spaced apart from one another. |
