The present invention relates to a contact ring for an electro plating apparatus. The electro plating apparatus includes a sealing molding part, which covers an end portion of a support ring body part extruding along an inner circumferential side, on a lower part of a base ring body part formed in the shape of a ring. Therefore, durability of a joining part of the sealing molding part, which contacts the bottom side of an object to be plated, and the support ring body part is increased, thereby increasing a sealing effect. Thus, the electro plating apparatus can be reliably used for a long time. |
