The present invention relates to a method for extracting fat and oil from coffee sludge and coffee sludge oil extracted through the same. According to the method for extracting fat and oil from coffee sludge remaining after coffee is extracted, oil is extracted from coffee extracted residues without the additional material expenses. The method has very excellent economical feasibility in terms of the production cost of coffee oil compared to existing techniques. Moreover, the coffee sludge is hydrothermally dipped so that caffeine remaining in the coffee sludge can be completed removed. Also, degumming and deoxidizing steps are performed so that pure fat and oil can be obtained and higher value-added coffee sludge can be produced. The coffee sludge can be very usefully used in related fields. |
