The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating hypochlorous acid and, more specifically, technology to generate hypochlorous acid in easy and simple manners, comprising an inflow part for raw water; a mixing pipe connected to the inflow part and having a plurality of connectors formed at regular intervals; a plurality of electrolyte containers connected to the connectors, supplying hypochlorous acid and chlorous gas generated by electrolyzing hydrochloric acid to the mixing pipe, wherein the concentration of the hypochlorous acid generated in the mixing pipe is increased gradually.
