The present invention provides an apparatus for winding an electrode plate, comprising: a main body of the apparatus having a winding region formed in the middle thereof; a separation membrane supply unit installed on the main body of the apparatus to be placed above the winding region and supplying a separation membrane with a certain width to the winding region; an electrode supply unit installed on the main body of the apparatus to be placed at both side parts of the winding region and sequentially supplying electrodes with different polarities to the winding region; a winding unit arranged in the winding region and forming the separation membrane into a battery cell by rotating and winding the separation membrane so that the sequentially supplied electrodes can be enveloped by the supplied separation membrane; a discharge unit arranged below the winding region, cutting the end part of the separation membrane wound around the battery cell, and discharging the battery cell; and a fixing unit arranged near the discharge unit and fixing the end part of the separation membrane of the battery cell. In addition, the present invention provides a battery cell manufactured by the apparatus. |
