The proposed invention relates to a door, particularly a fire protection door, for closing door openings, preferably in tunnel tubes, having a frame and a door panel comprising a perimeter frame having frame parts of T-shaped cross section for receiving a fire protection element formed of a fireproof and heatproof material, the connection area between the frame and the fire protection element being covered by a casing, and characterized in that the casing is supplemented on the frame side by a door rabbet contacting the frame in the closed state and covering the door gap present between the door panel and the frame against fire and smoke in a sealing manner. |
