A group of the inventions relates to metal mining industry and can be used for the preparation of cross-linked composite composition of packaged emulsion explosive. Cross-linked composite composition of packaged emulsion explosive comprises active product in a form of emulsion based on aqueous solution of ammonia and sodium saltpetres, liquid components from the group of combustibles and emulsifier, the main basic additive, containing sodium nitrite and water, and additionally basic additive based on solution of polymer in oil. The main basic additive for the increasing of reliability, shattering effect and volume energy of packaged EE additionally contains triethanolamine, acetic acid, potassium or sodium rhodanate. A process for the preparation of cross-linked composite composition of packaged emulsion explosive comprises operations of separate preparation of mixture of active product in a form of emulsion, supply of separately prepared mixtures to the corresponding collection bowls, mixing of separately prepared mixtures and preparation of cross-linked composite composition of packaged emulsion explosive with its further packaging. Separately prepared mixtures of active product and additional basic additive are previously mixed. Mixing of mixtures of active product and additional basic additive is carried out in static mixer. Mixing of the obtained in static mixer mixture with mixture of the main basic additive is carried out in dynamic mixer. |
