The present invention relates to a bispecific binding complex. In particular, the bispecific binding complex comprises: a) a first domain connected with protein including a stalk portion of kinesin-like protein family KIF3A (KIP3A); and b) a second domain connected with protein including a stalk portion of kinesin-like protein family KIF3B (KIP3B), wherein the first domain is a domain which is specifically bound with a first target molecule, and the second domain is a domain which is specifically bound with a second target molecule. The present invention also relates to a polynucleotide coding the bispecific binding complex, an expression vector including the polynucleotide, a transformant in which the expression vector is introduced, a method for producing the bispecific binding complex, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer including the bispecific binding complex, and a pharmaceutical composition including the bispecific binding complex for preventing or treating autoimmune diseases.
