METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FLOOR OF APARTMENT HOUSE IN REMODELING

The present invention provides a method for constructing the floor of an apartment house in remodeling which is superior in thermal insulation and can prevent side-transferred noises and secure the height of the ceiling before remodeling. The method for constructing the floor of the apartment house in remodeling according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: removing the existing floor finishing materials and pipe heating layers during remodeling construction and crushing fine gravel layers constructed on a concrete slab with a crusher to remove fine gravels; mounting side buffer materials to be in contact with the side of the floor edge in order to prevent crashing sounds from being transferred to side structures after the removal of the fine gravels; constructing bubble mortar at an increased water-cement ratio on a surface trimmed part of coarse roughness, from which the fine gravels are removed, into a predetermined thickness in order to level the surface; constructing an insulating buffer material, which has an insulating function and a buffer function, on the leveled surface made of the bubble mortar; mounting a hot water pipe above the insulating buffer material and pouring cement mortar; and curing the cement mortar and mounting floor finishing materials.
