摘要 An integrated control operating system based on PRM (Process Real-time Monitoring) according to the present invention includes a technical information manager for receiving information about a current state of a corresponding process step every each process step for a product to manage the process steps, respectively; and a 3D shape manager for receiving a 3D CAD original drawing produced by 3D modeling product related design data to convert a format of the 3D CAD original drawing into a PRM view format to generate a PRM view, wherein the 3D shape manager stores information generated by mapping the generated PRM view and the PRM data to each other, and, when the information about the current state of a specific process step is transferred to the 3D shape manager, the 3D shape manager converts the information about the current state of the specific process step into PRM data and updates the PRM view with the PRM data to generate the PRM view including the transferred information about the current state of the specific process step in a 3D view format. Thus, the technical information manager receives the PRM view including the information about the current state of the specific process step in the 3D view format from the 3D shape manager and provide the information about the current state of the specific process step to a user, so that the current states of each process step may be monitored in real time in the 3D view format. Thus, an exact and standard reference may be formed by reflecting the progressing view of a next process and a problem. In addition, a repeated work is removed in a working field and an approval procedure of superior authority and inferior authority and settlement for a problem may be achieved in a shorter time than the related art.
