PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone formation accelerating agent, and foods and drinks, oral products and feeds for animals combined with the bone formation accelerating agent which can increase bone density with a small amounts of its uptake, prevent rapid decrease of bone density particularly in postmenopausal women, and prevent osteoporosis.SOLUTION: The bone formation accelerating agent, and foods and drinks, feeds for animals and oral products combined with the bone formation accelerating agent which exhibit an excellent anti-osteoporosis effect are obtained by adding one or more of anti-osteoporosis agents or bone formation accelerating agents which contain Eisenia bicyclis extract as an active ingredient and are also selected from isoflavones, vitamin K, vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, phosphoric acid compound, &bgr;-cryptoxanthin, and &bgr;-carotene. |
