PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation generator capable of further reducing the replacement frequency of a target by using the whole area of the target.SOLUTION: According to a configuration of the present invention, the replacement frequency of a target 2 can be decreased as compared with conventional configurations. More specifically, in an X ray generator 1 of the present invention, the target 2 can be rotated and can be also shifted. The target 2 can be moved by different two systems, so that radiation can be irradiated while the whole area of the target 2 is used. Accordingly, the target 2 has a considerably long life as compared with conventional configurations, and the replacement frequency of the target 2 can be reduced correspondingly. |
