According to the present invention, with regard to the region of an upper substrate (10) corresponding to a delivery form (11), the region along the front end with respect to the transportation direction is affixed to the lower substrate (20) using an adhesive layer (40) only, and other regions are peelably affixed to the lower substrate (20) by the adhesive layer (40) and a peeling layer (50). A peeling pasteboard (30) is peelably affixed by a sticky layer (70) layered on the surface on the opposite side to the surface of the lower substrate (20) to which the upper substrate (10) is affixed. |
