A phosphor-based (meth)acrylate compound is represented by the following Formula (I) (In the Formula, Y^1, Y^2, Y^3, and Y^4 are independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a nitro group, an amino group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group, an acyl group or an allyl group; A and Z are independently an ethylene group or an isopropylene group; n and m are independently 0, 1 or 2, in the case that n or m is 2, two of A or Z may be the same or different; and R^1 and R^2 are independently a hydrogen atom or a (meth)acryloyl group, where at least one of R^1 and R^2 is a (meth)acryloyl group).
