PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device capable of reducing an output of an actuator for driving a valve.SOLUTION: A valve 31 rotatably provided in an intake passage 21 is driven by an actuator and opens/closes the intake passage 21 by getting close to or separating from a reception wall 60 provided on an inner wall of the intake passage 21. A lip seal 51 for blocking air flow is provided on the outer edge of the valve 31. The lip seal 51 comprises: a base part 55 fixed to the valve 31; lip parts 56, 57 extending from the base part 55 toward the reception wall of the intake passage 21; and thin parts 58, 59 provided between the base part 55 and the lip parts 56, 57 and having a thickness smaller than the thicknesses of the base part 55 and the lip parts 56, 57. Thus, when the actuator is driven to bring the valve 31 closer to the reception wall 60, the reactive force acting on the actuator from the lip seal 51 is made to be small. |
