<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform positioning of a planar heating element with respect to a member having low thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: A rim part 13 of a steering wheel 12 has an annular section forming an annular shape in a plane orthogonal to an axis of a steering shaft. The rim part 13 has: a rim part core metal 20 forming a frame part of the rim part; a member 21 having low thermal conductivity composed of material having thermal conductivity lower than the rim part core metal 20, for covering the rim part core metal 20; a planar heating element 31 attached to the member 21 having low thermal conductivity, in a state of surrounding the member 21 having low thermal conductivity; and a decorative member 35 covering the planar heating element 31. The member 21 having low thermal conductivity has first recessed parts 22 each having a first arc cross section forming a substantially half arc shape in a plane containing the axis, at multiple places separated from each other in a circumferential direction of the annular section. The multiple first recessed parts 22 are formed so that ends 22A each of which is one end in a circumferential direction of the first arc cross section, form a line along the circumferential direction of the annular section.</p> |
