The present invention relates to a warning method and device of a residential warning system. The method is performed by a detection unit provided in each residence of an apartment house and a server having network connectivity with a residence terminal. The method comprises the steps of receiving noise generating information, which is generated to include information on a noise generating location by referring to the direction of diffusion of the noise from a detection unit for detecting the same, when noise occurs in the residence of an apartment house; generating corresponding noise notification information by analyzing the noise generating information; and transmitting the noise notification information to the residence terminal provided in the residence where the noise occurs. |
