PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road measurement method capable of measuring a road without performing traffic regulation, and accurately specifying the acquisition position of measurement information.SOLUTION: A road measurement device 1 measures a road from a traveling vehicle 30 on which it is loaded. When acceleration data received from an acceleration sensor 61 exceed a reference value, a CPU 2 performs the image processing of video data received from a camera 5, and recognizes characters indicating a bridge number, and superimposes synchronization information on sound data from a microphone 62 and shape data from a surface shape sensor 63. The image processing is performed on the basis of an impact when the vehicle passes through the joint of a viaduct such that the bridge number is effectively extracted from image data obtained by photographing a bridge number sign installed in the neighborhood of the joint. Thus, it is possible to highly accurately specify the measurement position of the abnormal value of the sound data or the shape data on the basis of the installation position of the bridge preliminarily specified in association with the extracted bridge number. |
