摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a fin having openings at one side is inserted into flat tubes for enclosing a refrigerant, adhesion between the flat tubes and the fin deteriorates resulting in deterioration of the heat exchange efficiency as the strength is insufficient at the opening side.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device of a heat exchanger includes: a tube holding member 30 which holds multiple flat tubes 1 where a refrigerant flows so that the flat tubes are arranged in parallel to each other at a predetermined interval with long diameter side surfaces 1a facing each other; a first insertion member 31 which holds a first fin 21 where multiple openings 2a for inserting the flat tubes are formed at one side part and moves the first fin 2 from one side of the multiple flat tubes parallely held with the openings facing the flat tube side to attach the first fin 21 to outer peripheral surfaces of the flat tubes; and a second insertion member 32 which holds a second fin 22 where multiple openings for inserting the flat tubes are formed at the other side part and moves the second fin 22 from the other side of the multiple flat tubes parallely held with the openings facing the flat tube side to attach the second fin 22 to the outer peripheral surfaces of the flat tubes.</p>
