PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent re-liquefaction of BOG sucked into a receiving liquid.SOLUTION: A floating body type receiving liquid movement direction conversion device 2 is arranged on a liquid face L immediately below a receiving pipe P of a storage tank ceiling part. The receiving liquid movement direction conversion device 2 comprises a flow passage 7 which connects a liquid inlet 4 formed at an upper end and a liquid outlet 6 formed at the external peripheral face while dispersing in the circumferential direction as progressing downward from the liquid inlet 4 side and turning outward. The receiving liquid movement direction conversion device 2 is guided in the vertical direction while being prevented from horizontal displacement by a guide device 11 comprising vertical guide members 12 in which the upper ends thereof are attached around the receiving pipe P of the storage tank ceiling part, and a slide member 15 which can vertically move along the external faces of the guide members 12. The receiving liquid 3a inputted from the receiving pipe P is received into the liquid inlet 4 of the receiving liquid movement direction conversion device 2, and discharged from the liquid outlet 6 to a direction along the liquid face L in a storage tank after being turned along the flow passage 7, and thereby, even if air bubbles of the BOG are sucked-in, the air bubbles are not drawn into the deep depth of the liquid. |
