PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classification device having simple construction and separating sand, solid organics and silt individually from sediment.SOLUTION: A classification device 100 includes: a housing tank 110 in which a solid-liquid mixture ML containing sand, a solid organic, silt and water can be housed; swirling flow forming means 130 for forming a swirling flow in the housing tank 110; and a sieve portion 160 disposed to cross the flow direction of the swirling flow, and having a plurality of holes 216 for capturing solid organics and for allowing sand to pass therethrough. As a result, the sand, the solid organics and the silt can be separated individually from the sediment with the simple construction. |
