NOVEL BRANCHED OLIGOARYLSILANES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

?Claimed are novel dendritic oligoarylsilanes and a method for producing same. The novel dendritic oligoarylsilanes constitute highly-ordered spatially-hyperbranched completely acyclic formations in which two silicon atoms are bonded to a central olygoaryl fragment, and three other olygoaryl fragments, having a wide band gap, are bonded to each of said silicon atoms. The arylsilanes according to the present invention constitute compounds having a direct silicon-aryl or silicon-heteroaryl bond. The technical result is the production of novel compounds distinguished by a high luminescence efficiency, effective intramolecular energy transfer between fragments of a molecule, and increased thermostability.
