PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid compression system in which the number of compressors to be installed can be increased by making a simple model setting.SOLUTION: In order to resolve the problem, a fluid compression system according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of compression devices for compressing fluid; and a plurality of quantity control devices for controlling the number of compression devices to be operated out of the plurality of compression devices depending on the amount of usage of compressed fluid. In accordance with instructions from the quantity control devices, the compression devices perform capacity control operation in which the number of compression devices to be operated is changed depending on the amount of usage of compressed fluid, or perform fixing control operation in which an output is not changed during operation regardless of the amount of usage of compressed fluid. The quantity control devices order the other quantity control devices to operate or stop the compression devices controlled by the other quantity control devices or switch a control system. |
