PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temporal accuracy deterioration due to abrasion, in a resin nut for a feed screw obtained by injection molding of a fiber-reinforced resin.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a resin nut for a ball screw and a manufacturing method of the resin nut for a ball screw obtained by injection molding of a fiber-reinforced resin in which a fiber material as a reinforcement material is added to a matrix resin. A female side screw groove 22 is ground until the fiber material F in the matrix resin M is uncovered on the surface of the screw groove 22. Initial abrasion is less, and high dimension accuracy is kept over a long term. |
